EMEBE undertakes to make deliveries exclusively within Colombian territory, in the areas and places to which it has access in accordance with its network and therefore may refuse to accept a purchase offer when the address registered by the customer to make the delivery, is not within the geographical areas authorized by EMEBE for this purpose.
The products purchased by the Customer will be delivered to the address described by the Customer in the purchase process.
The shipments will be delivered to the address indicated in the checkout within a period of 3-5 business days from the moment the website confirms the sale and as long as the terms and conditions of payment have been determined in advance and are not presented. causes beyond the control of EMEBE that could delay delivery, such as any act of God or force majeure.
It is understood that any person who is at the address where the delivery must be made will be duly authorized by the customer to receive their order. Consequently, EMEBE is exonerated from any responsibility for the delivery that it will make, provided that it is made at the address registered on the website.
If the order is not received at the indicated address after 3 (three) visits by the carrier, EMEBE will proceed with the return of the products. In this case, the Client will be obliged to contact us within a maximum term of three (3) calendar days so that we can proceed with the forwarding, in which case the extra shipping and insurance costs that are generated will be borne by the Client, and until they are paid, EMEBE will not be obliged to make the dispatch again. If the client does not proceed to request the reshipment within the indicated term, or does not pay the additional value for the reshipment, EMEBE may withdraw from the business, and will only be obliged to reimburse the amount paid for the products and/or services, discounting the value of expenses incurred for transportation.
